Local Waste Management provides waste management services, including but not limited to roll-off dumpster rental, demolition, and related services. All services are provided subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use our services solely for their intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for our services is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of service initiation. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services in a timely manner.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies are provided on a case-by-case basis and will be communicated to you at the time of service initiation. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees when applicable.
